Go to the Clear Balance page to view and pay outstanding fees using M-Pesa. You can use either STK Push for instant payment or enter a Paybill reference if you've already paid.
Go to Clear Balance PageInitiate payments via Auto-Pay (M-Pesa STK Push) or Manual Pay (Cash). Auto-Pay is faster and recommended as it processes instantly without penalties. Manual payment requires you to clear the platform fee within 30 minutes.
Penalties apply when cash fares are not cleared within 30 minutes or when service charges remain unpaid. The penalty rates increase over time:
- 4-24 hours: +5%
- 25-96 hours: +15%
- 97+ hours: +50%
Clear your balance as soon as possible to avoid additional charges.
